What if my child has a recent occupational therapy evaluation, and I am just looking to add some extra OT help to their week?

If your child has an occupational therapy assessment already in place, and you are just looking to give them some extra help, you are more than welcome to start individual treatment sessions right away. 

 

Do you take insurance?

No, unfortunately we do not. We can provide you with a receipt that you may wish to submit for reimbursement on your own, but we need payment at time of service.

 

What is the commitment?

There is no forced commitment to engage in OT services, and you are free to book as many or as little sessions as you like. We are happy to make recommendations, but there is no pressure to pre-book or commit.

 

Do you run OT groups?

Yes, if there are appropriate clientele.

 

Can friends work together?

Yes, in fact some of the best OT groups consist of kids who know one another and are working on the same goals. If you have a dyad or group in mind, contact us and we will try to put something together to suit your needs.

 

Do you recommend full-scale occupational therapy evaluations?

No, typically we save our clients time and money by focusing in on areas of need only.

 

Can you review my child’s IEP?

Yes, you can book a block for review, interpretation, and feedback on an IEP. 

 

Do you really negotiate costs with clients?

Yes, always. 

What form of payment do you accept for OT services?

Cash, check, PayPal, Venmo

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hour notice for cancellation.
